## Methodology

OHID Fingertips estimated dementia diagnosis rate for people aged 65 and older. The denominator is a modelled estimate of dementia prevalence, not a count of every person with dementia; the numerator is recorded diagnoses. Published confidence limits, counts, denominator and period are retained, and borough differences must not be described as the prevalence of dementia.
