## Methodology

Every police-reported personal-injury collision in the latest five-year DfT STATS19 open files whose published coordinate lies inside Greater London. This excludes damage-only incidents and collisions not reported to police. Fatal, serious and slight remain separate, and publisher provisional flags are retained. Context fields use STATS19 codes from the release data guide.
