## Methodology

Active registered offices whose self-declared SIC codes fall in software publishing, telecoms, computer programming and consultancy, hosting, portals or information services. Colour is a 0–100 concentration index relative to the largest mapped technology postcode; selecting a cell reports its exact count and share of the mapped London technology total. The cells are nearest-centroid tessellations, not Royal Mail boundaries. A registered office may be an accountant or formation-agent address and is not proof that staff work there.
