## Methodology

Current OpenStreetMap features carrying a shop tag, plus craft=jeweller, clipped to the Greater London boundary and grouped into sixteen readable retail families. These are physical mapped premises rather than registered offices. Coverage and tagging completeness vary by street and category, so hotspots show record density as well as real commercial concentration.
