## Methodology

Share of premises rated 5, grouped by the business type the FSA assigns, across all London boroughs. Types with fewer than 200 rated premises are excluded as too small to compare. Only numerically rated premises count — awaiting-inspection and exempt would penalise a category for having a backlog.
